Affinity Photo is pretty reasonable in price and for photo editing.
Photopea is a web-based Photoshop clone. Surprisingly really good.

How could you not have included OnOne RAW 2020? As previously noted, it is more powerful than most of the other options reviewed, and can operate standalone or a plug-in to Lightroom if required. Sad omission.

I agree with most of your options, but am very surprised that you did not include OnOne. Considerably more powerful than almost all of your options, and very reasonably priced for all that you get. Fully compatible with RAW files, offers layers, great batch processing, excellent RAW processing capabilities and interface (similar to Lightshop) and much more. Aimed more for the pro than amateur, but does a pretty good job of replacing both Lightroom and much of Photoshop.

How can you NOT include DxO PhotoLab 3 in this review is beyond me!
